Join me on a sunny walking tour of Belmont Shore, one of my absolute favorite coastal neighborhoods in Long Beach, California! In this video, we'll explore the best things to see, do, and eat as we stroll from the iconic Belmont Pier along the uniquely calm, wave-free ocean shoreline. We'll check out the playful pups at Rosie's Dog Beach (the only off-leash dog beach in LA County!), discover a rare Southern California wooden boardwalk, and take in the paddleboarders and authentic Venetian gondolas over at the super-chill Alamitos Bay. Finally, we'll wrap up our adventure by walking down bustling Second Street to scope out the vibrant, mouth-watering mix of local restaurants, sweet shops, and boutiques that make this community so incredibly walkable and fun.
