On August 12, 2021 I experienced onset of Bell's Palsy. It's been a tough couple of weeks. I've realized that Bell's Palsy is more common than I thought, with tons of people having suffered from it or known someone in the past who has suffered. I wanted to give an updated on what happened, how I'm doing and what I'm doing to heal.
