Ruslan Leviev of the Conflict Investigation Team (CIT) will detail how he and his team are using digital investigative techniques to follow Russian military equipment movements around the country. Much of this equipment has been moved to the Voronezh Oblast, which borders Ukraine's Luhansk Oblast.
This event will be led in Russian.
