We went to Belize. We parasailed around our own private island, we hiked to the top of the Mayan rainforest, we boated with a family of 25 dolphins and we wrestled in a 4-foot, 30 pound barracuda. Belize is an undisturbed balance of lush rainforest and ocean blues that have us begging for more.
