The first ever International Music Festival was held this past weekend in San Pedro and it was one of the best nights I've had in years! With legends like Barrington Levy, Koffee, and J. Cas headlining, obviously this was going to be an amazing night no matter what happened, but the massive crowd and incredible performances put it over the top.
Barrington Levy is an absolute reggae legend, and hearing his incredible voice in person not only crossed something off of my bucket list but also made it clear that this is only the first of many major musical events to come as the island's culture and economy continue to blast off. Major shoutout to the Belize Tourism Board for organizing this resounding success.
