each nation had their counterpart as a different mode
so they could switch between the two
doesnt really make a difference which mode they were in ehh
so like two italys cannot live at the same time

feli was confused af and the only thing he could think of was finding his brother
so like he kind of went insane because he couldnt really think of anything but finding his brother
he was basically useless to the scientists so they revived lovi
( they took his emotions and controlled lovi )
