David Fish, or Fishy as he enjoys being called, is all about showing up and standing out in authenticity. He walks his talk, as you can see from his attire, his marketing, and his way of being on the call.
David is really interested in this idea of how much we need to stand out and how much we need to fit in. We need to do both in life, and the trick is discerning when and how much of each is appropriate in a given situation.
What I thought was going to be just a really great conversation for my audience turned into an incredibly valuable coaching session for me. I think I may have been angling for David's coaching, a I allude to at the very beginning of our time together.
Which is to say, I come across, a little vulnerable here, sharing things that I tend not to share publicly because I forgot I was doing a podcast.
I hope you find it valuable as well, whether you tend to err on the side of fit in or stand out.
