Being good at BF6 and being good for your team are not always the same thing.

Skills matter, but they do not tell the entire story. Reviving teammates, supplying ammunition, repairing vehicles, spotting enemies, defending objectives, communicating, and changing classes when the team needs something different can influence a match without producing an impressive K/D.

In this discussion, we examine the difference between individual ability & teamwork, why the visible leaderboard provides an incomplete definition of value, and how average, casual, and older players can still make an entire squad better.

Battlefield needs mechanically gifted players, but individual skill becomes far more valuable when it helps the people around you accomplish something together.
