Being estranged from a parent or any family member can be an incredibly difficult experience & one that sometimes can feel isolating, especially in terms of societal expectations. As someone who has been estranged from a parent for many years now, I'm in a place where I feel comfortable to share my journey. This is not prescriptive, merely a sharing of some aspects within my journey. I hope this video falls on the ears & souls of those who need it, just as one person's experience nothing more.
