THE RUBBISH SELLOUT - PART 2: I’m back on the road and trail looking for rubbish- all part of picking up a piece of rubbish for every ticket I sell for my upcoming Aussy-NZ tour. There’s nothing world class about how I go about my business, less about being deliberate and all about being opportunistic. A run to the end of the road and back to pick up a couple of tires is a poor version of highway loot, and when I went to California to run the Western States Endurance Run, I picked up so little rubbish I wondered if I’d lost my ability to see it. Back home in Australia is a brief return to form- back in the land of predictable, dependable, bastards throwing stuff from the windows of their car. But you know what, I loved that half my time out there was a complete failure. For your piece of rubbish, head to my website and come to a show in Aus or NZ.
