Argentinian producer Ezequiel Arias joins forces with LA-based artist Durante for their new ‘Prisma EP’, following the release of its first single, ‘Dream Controller’ in 2025.
Hailing from Córdoba, a city renowned for its rich progressive house legacy, Ezequiel Arias has spent the past decade refining his craft both in the studio and behind the decks. In recent years he has emerged as one of the genre’s leading names, selling out a 7,000-capacity open-to-close hometown show and becoming the best-selling artist on Beatport’s Progressive House chart in 2025. He also recently received major recognition in his home city, winning both ‘Artist of the Year’ and ‘Electronic Artist of the Year’ at the CIEyA Awards for the Music of Córdoba.
Following the release of his debut album ‘Enter’ in 2024, Durante has gone from strength to strength. The album has since amassed more than 11 million streams and received widespread acclaim, with airplay on BBC Radio 1, SiriusXM Chill, and KCRW, and praise from outlets including Forbes and Mixmag Italy. . In 2025, Durante has continued his global momentum with extensive touring across South America, North America, and Europe, alongside the release of his ‘Follow EP’, which has received support from Adriatique, WhoMadeWho, 8Kays, and Hernan Cattaneo.
The ‘Prisma EP’ features two tracks, including the title track ‘Prisma’, which has already been played globally in DJ sets. Ezequiel recently premiered the track in his filmed DJ set at Argentina’s 12,000-capacity Forja Arena. The EP also includes the previously released single ‘Dream Controller’, which quickly became a staple in both artists’ sets and a sought-after progressive house record, earning early support from Hernan Cattaneo, Fur Coat, Eelke Kleijn, and Undercatt.
