James Tonkin has been fortunate to work with David Gilmour of Pink Floyd for many years now. The BTS production was managed using Blackmagic Cloud, DaVinci Resolve and Blackmagic RAW workflows, using Blackmagic Cloud Stores to sync everything.
“Cameras live and die by their image quality and the best are the ones that give the closest parallel to how we used to capture traditional film. So whatever I am shooting, from a feature to a music documentary, I’ll always use Blackmagic RAW combined with the Blackmagic Cloud and proxy workflow.”
