Hi Everyone

It's no surprise that my lifestyle has changed now that restrictions in England have lifted.

Not everything has gone back to the way it used to be, and in some cases that's good. I don't have to go into an office every week day. That means more time for reading and healthier habits.

I now use my habit of waking up early to enjoy the outdoors more.

We've all had a tough time, some several times over. I'm making sure to focus on appreciating the things and people around me. Nature is definitely playing a strong part in my life again. It did when I was growing up, but I lost a lot of my connection to the outdoors and am enjoying rediscovering it.
