Always loved filming with Rick, such an amazing skateboarder, and funny guy. I wish we could have film more stuff for Menikmati in his hometown of Vancouver, but most of the time I went, and 2 different times, it was pretty much rainy the whole time. Much much later, I went back to participate to the Redbull Shoot To Thrill Contest, where we would have to film for 3 days with only 10 rolls of Super 16mm film. Of course this time, I planned some short film involving rain. But looking at the forecast the day before starting, I realized I had to change my plans, because it was not going to rain at all. So we had to fully improvised a plan B, which became the short film "Mirrored". I stayed in Vancouver for 3 weeks and it was blue skies everyday single day!
