Here are the measurements you need:

18 inch zipper with tabs on both sides
1 Exterior and 1 Interior piece at 19 inches wide and 36 inches long
**or**
2 Exterior and 2 interior peices at 19 inches wide and 18 inches long and ensure you close the bottom seam before sewing the sides

Measurements 2 inches up from the bottom to make the corners
