This is the fourth video in a series for Mrs. Martin's 6th grade class. In this video, I'll show you the 2nd option for assembling the hat that you learned to crochet in the previous videos. (I sure don't know why this one didn't load in HD!) This pattern is free for anyone to use. We ask that you please consider joining with us by donating at least one hat to the Salaam Cultural Museum in Seattle. From there, the hats will be distributed to refugees in Greece and Jordan. Thank you!
Free Pattern:
Chain 27.
Row 1: dc in the 3rd chain from the hook and in each ch across. (25 dc)
Row 2: turn work and ch 2. Dc in the BACK LOOP ONLY of each stitch across.
Rows 3-25: Repeat row 2.
Clip yarn, leaving a long tail to stitch the hat closed. Tie off. Stitch into a hat as demonstrated in this video!
