In this video, we analyze the case of a 54-year-old patient who underwent a minimally invasive facelift, focusing on three key areas:

Eye area: lifting of the lateral brow tail and improvement of the periocular region
Jawline: restoration of a smoother, more even jawline through tissue repositioning
Perioral area: lip lift (philtrum shortening) to reduce the distance between the nose and upper lip and make the upper lip more visible without adding volume

Techniques discussed

✅ Endoscopic MIVEL / MIVEL 2 lift: elevation of the forehead area, lateral brow tail, and the malar–zygomatic region (cheek/zygoma)

✅ Minimally invasive mandibular mini lift: repositioning of the skin and deeper layers (SMAS)

✅ Lip lift: a small incision under the nose for a natural-looking result
