The Emery Estate, located in Weymouth, Massachusetts, is a historic property with deep roots in the region's past. Built in 1903, the estate was originally the summer home of Congressman Louis Adams Frothingham, a prominent figure in Massachusetts politics. The current home was built by the Binnian family & later, it was owned by the Emery family, who maintained the property until it was acquired by the Town of Weymouth in 2011 to preserve its historical significance and scenic beauty. The estate features a Colonial Revival mansion modeled after George Washington's home in Mount Vernon, expansive grounds, & panoramic views of the Boston skyline.

Over the years, the Emery Estate has become known not only for its historical charm but also for reports of paranormal activity. Visitors & locals have shared accounts of eerie occurrences, including unexplained footsteps, flickering lights, and sightings of shadowy figures in the mansion. Some have claimed to see apparitions of a woman in period clothing wandering the grounds. These ghost stories have sparked curiosity and drawn paranormal enthusiasts to the site, adding an air of mystery to its historical allure.
