This video is a quick teaser showing the workshop before the pallet rack kitchen installation begins. Before transforming this space into a fully functional workshop kitchen, I wanted to document what the area looks like in its original state.
The goal of this project is to take a standard industrial pallet rack storage system, the same type commonly found in warehouses and factories, and convert it into a complete pallet rack kitchen inside my locksmith workshop. Instead of using pallet racking only for storage, this build will turn it into a stainless steel workshop kitchen and warehouse coffee bench.
In the upcoming full build video, the pallet rack frame will be used as the structure to support stainless steel benches, appliances, plumbing, and a full kitchen setup. The final design will include a dual bowl stainless steel sink, purified drinking water system, chilled water supply, stainless display fridge with water chiller, and even a commercial glass washer. The goal is to create a clean, practical workshop kitchen setup that fits perfectly into a busy locksmith workshop environment.
One of the interesting parts of this project is that the entire concept was designed with the help of ChatGPT. I gave ChatGPT prompts describing the space and what I wanted to build, and it generated an image of a pallet rack kitchen layout. The plan is to follow that AI-generated design and build it in real life using pallet rack frames and stainless steel equipment.

The upcoming build will turn this industrial storage system into something much more useful. Pallet racking is incredibly strong, modular, and adjustable, which makes it perfect for creative workshop builds like this. By adding stainless steel benches and commercial appliances, the pallet rack will become a fully functional workshop kitchen inside the locksmith shop.
