🔥 Today, we're cooking up some delicious Beef Short Ribs with the Pit Boss Lone Star Beef Brisket Rub on the Navigator 1600 with our Competition Pellets. While our ribs are cooking, we prepped potatoes with the Smoked Salt and Pepper Rub and added those on the smoker.
