New studies indicate that beef is not really all that bad for your health, as long as you eat it in moderation. BUT, don't think you're off the hook yet. The production of beef turns out to have a lot of environmental downsides. Impossible Foods and Beyond Meat aren't really the answer either, since ground beef isn't the problem. The problem with replacing meat is that right now, we can only make steaks out of cows.
