Becoming THAT GIRL with a full time job felt unrealistic at first, but focusing on making changes that truly inspire me was the key! Going into an office to work a 40 hour work week didn't seem like it left much room for anything else, but being more prepared for the following day gave me more time to work on these changes.

Don't worry about changing your life to fit into someone else's idea of "that girl". Focus on what inspires you, and go from there. Change takes patience and practice!
