Our world is in the grip of mass hysteria,
paranoia, fear and confusion.
Dis-ease on all levels.
We have created a mess...
Toddlers in the sandbox of life.

Everyone is asking questions,
everyone thinks they know the truth.
I promise you one thing…
The only real answer is love.
What would LOVE DO?

We have been asked
to step outside
our comfort zones.
We need our minds clear
our hearts activated
our bodies healthy.

Be not the immovable stone
stuck in your beliefs;
Seek to flow and adapt.
Watch, listen, learn
Be humble,
keeping your vision set
upon a compassionate collective

Become transparent
with a crystalline clarity.
Emotions flow through
without muddying the pool

Do not get distracted
from the bigger concerns.
Tune in to Mother Earth
She is asking for your attention.
We are a microcosm of the macrocosm
and we have become unbalanced
Divided and argumentative.

Put your hands and feet in the dirt.
Return to your Mother
Gather your energy
and inspiration from nature.

Find collaboration in higher purpose;
Environment, Kindness, Generosity,
Self Sufficiency, Community, Health.

All rivers flow back to the Ocean
The only way to find Unity
is to dissolve into love.
