In January of 2023, Philip Becker and I traveled down to St. Thomas to prep and film his condo for Airbnb - and we had a great time doing so. Here's the promotional video I created for him after filming throughout the trip with a Sony a7iii, a DJI Mavic Air 2 drone, an Osmo Action 1 and an Osmo Action 3.

His condo is at Pavilions & Pools in between Sapphire Beach and Lindquist Beach. Very close to Red Hook and the ferries to St. John.
The unit has a private pool in the back deck directly outside of the triple set of sliding glass doors. Sunrises are visible inside (if the drawstring curtains are up) and it's amazing. Garden shower is open to the elements and it features a full kitchen with new appliances.
An amazing spot to see America's paradise.
