We have seen many beauty influencers pictures of themselves holding a pretty colored substance in a lab coat. But these pictures are marketing photos for their brand/collaboration and don’t actually reflect what the real scientists are wearing in the laboratory. Today I am going to give my opinion (aka roasting beauty influencers) as a chemist on these pictures on if their PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). We will going over three beauty influencer in labs: Kylie Jenner, James Charles, and Jeffree Star.
