Detailed look at the contents on the February 2016 BB5 box!
Notes: I have learned from BB5 that customers who have been with the company from the very beginning received a BONUS item as a special thank you this month. This explains why it is missing from my box, and it also shows what a thoughtful company this is. I love that their most loyal customers got a special treat!
Also, yes, it is true: my 3-in-1 pigment was busted. I contacted the company and was offered a free replacement with absolutely NO hassle. LOVE their customer service! I should also note that I've been getting boxes from BB5 for over 1 1/2 years and this is my first broken item. Not bad!
