We start the day with a beautiful sunrise on the mountains above Vale de Prazeres in Fundão Castelo Branco Central Portugal. We visit my friend @CindyVine on her off- grid pig farm and end the day with a sunset in Monsanto - the most Portuguese village of Portugal.
