This instructional video demonstrates the lead electric guitar part for Kristian Stanfil's "Beautiful Jesus."
Production Notes:
~ The delay that is used is a dotted eighth note delay layered on top of a quarter note delay (tap in quarter notes)
As a side note, position 4 could be played as shown but also can be played using the same position as "Finger Shape #1" but instead of your third note being an E (G string 9th fret) you could play the D string open. Also, he may be alternating between the 10th and 12th frets (as in Finger Shape #2) though this isn't a crucial element in the riff.
