Located in the historic area of Savannah, Georgia, Forsyth Park is named after the 33rd Governor of Georgia, John Forsyth.

It is a 30-acre park that was established in the 1840's, and is famous for its large fountain in the center, its beautiful live oak trees with moss hanging from them, and numerous flowering trees and azaleas.

Forsyth Park can be found between Drayton and Whitaker streets (east and west) and Gaston and Park streets (north and south).

We highly recommend walking this beautiful park when visiting Savannah.
