During this model train journey we discover the amazing “Penn Falls Railroad” that is maintained by the members of the Chelten Hills Model Railroad Club in Elkins Park, Pennsylvania, United States. The club owns a 25 x 80 foot (approximately 8 x 25 meters) DCC controlled HO scale model railway layout that is lovingly maintained by model railroaders for over 50 years.
The model railway contains of more than 1,750 feet of track (approximately 550 meters), 150 turnouts, amazing details and hundreds of steam trains, steam locomotives, diesel locomotives, freight cars and passenger cars. During the train driver's view video, it becomes clear how ingeniously the model train layout was designed. The track plan allows literally infinite train rides, circuits, loops and a lot of prototypical railroad operating sessions.
