Dr. Wilkins talks with us about being a first responder, discovering he had PTSD years after a seriously traumatic event, spiraling into an anger-fueled prison and not being able to find help from counselors. In the fallout, he lost his job as a cop and that all led him to eventually get his doctorate as a therapist to figure out how to fix himself. Spoiler is that he figured it out and is now helping others do the same thing. He'll talk with us about pragmatic ways to not get so angry and to get to the root of the problem that's causing your anger or depression.
