The good people at LiberNovo challenged me to make a beat using sounds from the LiberNovo Omni chair. I grabbed my MPC Sample, recorded sounds straight from the chair with the built-in mic, and turned them into a full custom drum kit.
From there, it was all about chopping a sample, building the groove, and seeing where the idea would go. The result is this beat — made from chair sounds, a little inspiration, and some time with the sampler. You be the judge, but I think it came out pretty great.
