Hi butterflies!!!
I thought the audio was funny and would be good practice, so I decided to make this pretty quickly. Since, I have another big animation I'm trying to get done by a deadline. Plus video games and wolves, that's my jam. And this is the fastest I've completed a big animation and I really like the end result. I finished it in about 3 weeks, probably like 1 week all together but I got school to do as well :p. It came out nice, even though I worked on it pretty fast. I didn't use much reference, just for some of the more difficult poses, because I was trying to do it pretty quickly and looking up references takes forever. I was running out of time, so the blue wolf (I've named AI) has no markings. I had marking designs for AI like Charlie, but I just needed this done cuz the contest ends in 3 days and I have finals to finish. If you'd like to see what AI's design would've been check out my Instagram I'll post it there. Everything was made in Flipaclip, except the background I made a pic in Autodesk for that and just resized it and moved it around in Flipaclip.
This ended up being really good expression practice, as well as a bit of animation practice (mostly just the beginning). I'm happy with the end result. If you liked it, share it with someone else and maybe they'll get a little laugh out of it^^ It also helps me.
I'll be finishing up with this semester by the end of this week, so I'll be able to go all in and finish up the other animation I'm working on. Once that is done I'll be working on DOTK again!!! These two animations have given me a lot more experience and figuring out what not to do, so I'm super excited to improve DOTK with what I've learned.
