This is a personal exploration of how I am engaging with Bear Medicine throughout the Spring, the lessons I have taken from this and my intentions.

As many of you will already know working with Animal Medicine is a huge part of my practice. I've found it to teach me many things and wanted to share some of my own experience with you all on here, as well as instagram. 

There's no wrong way to work with Animal Medicine/Spirit/Guides at least not in my opinion. If you do work with animal messages in any way I'd love to hear from you.
