*Mexican Black Bean Hummus*
1 cup dried black beans, cooked or 1-15 oz canned beans
1/3 cup sliced green onion tops
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. lime juice
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
Optional: Add 1 Tbsp. red pepper flakes
Add liquid (water or bean liquid) if needed for dip consistency
