Sen. Bob Menendez (D-NJ) held a press conference on the beach in Manasquan, N.J. to discuss the danger of beach umbrellas swept by the wind. Menendez says there were about 2,800 injuries between 2010 and 2018. He is calling to the Consumer Product Safety Commission to investigate, submit recommendations to improve safety and to launch an education campaign.
