A lot has happened, and I wanna talk about that here. If you didn't see my Instagram post about it, the reason it's taken nearly two months for me to get Beach Bear running is because his original valve bank died. It could barely reach 5 PSI, and no movements could be properly tested, rendering him impossible to test or move. Because of this, I decided to buy another valve bank from Shreveport Automation, who did a great job with Dook/Pasqually's valve bank, and did a great job here as well with their new variant that has upgrades and was cheaper too. I was waiting for that to arrive on top of the fact that Rolfe's pallet (which was what Beach Bear was originally on) did not work as a stage for Beach Bear, as it was too fragile to handle his performances, so I had my grandpa make a new stage for him, one that could actually handle his movement and was designed for such. A couple of his movements are not working here, that being his hand strum and body lean, though I'll be looking into those soon to see if they're an easy fix or will require more difficult fixes. I decided to do Birthday Medley since I wanted to show you guys a new performance, and this was the best I still had. Happy birthday to anyone who happens to have a birthday today.
