“Be still and know that I am God.”
What if being still is not about doing nothing?
What if it is about quieting fear, silencing discouragement, and refusing to let circumstances dictate what you believe?
Moses learned this lesson over and over. Every challenge drove him back to the great I AM. And every encounter renewed his faith in what God had already spoken.
At the Red Sea, God reminded Moses of something powerful:
Yes, I am with you.
But you also have a role to play.
Stretch out your hand. Speak to the situation. Partner with Me.
Faith is not passive. It is agreeing with what is in the I AM and declaring it into the earth.
Be still. Know that He is God. Then move with Him.
