This is my personal experience with Lenovo, the purpose of this video is to share my experience in hopes to help others in similar position. I do think that if it wasn't for the issue at hand Lenovo might actually be quite decent but in my case they reacted poorly. I have both called them on phone and chat with them with their live chat function, I have only shown some of their replies from their emails and live chat in this video but I have tried my best not to take anything out of context.
