Good day the name sound more complicated then the product itself :) it's basically a nice clock in a light bulb and a remote control to adjust it. the kit come will all the parts you need to build it including the light bulb. The only thing I might add later is a little 5 volts dc power supply inside the bulb so I can actually screw it in a light socket and have a clock :) It's not being power for the past month and I haven't notice any time lag it also have a 3 volts battery compartment (you need the battery) to keep the time if you run out of power.
