Framerule 1067 on second quest. Set up is to despawn the spiny at the start, bop that koopa by running off the bullet launcher (same koopa as the first koopa you bop for FR 540 set up), stomp the beetle, then finally double bop the 2 koopas after plant clear, like most BBG set ups do. You can press left to slow down a bit to avoid the beetles on the short stair case at the end of the level if you want. With this set up, you basically always get a shot, sometimes you get both a high and low bullet too. There is one slow shot you can get where, at best, you can only get up to 3 frames to spare on the framerule, but so far i haven't seen any slow shots that literally cant save the framerule.
