SORRY FOR THE SHIT VIDEO QUALITY. Anyway, if you're struggling with this fight I found a pretty reliable method:
1) Use Rosa + Eternal Testimony + Infernal Communicator
2) Hold shoot (Y button) and maintain your distance
3) Dodge any incoming attacks (his patterns are fairly predictable, just learn them)
4) If he's drawing close, wait until you get witch time and afterburner kick to launch him up and away (hold down the kick button for extra damage)
5) REPEAT UNTIL DEMON FORM - the goal is to get 3 full magic gauges up until this point
6) Use Infernal Communicator (X+A) and switch to normal combos
7) WHIP OUT THE MECH SUIT AND SPRAY AWAY (isn't as powerful as you'd think, but it does prevent Rosa from dying, so it's a useful safety net). Alternatively, use the Bracelet of Time (even though it has a cooldown now for some FUCKING reason)
Also you still unlock the weapon even if you beat him with Rosa, it just doesn't tell you.
