This Video is a recreation of the so-called battlefield leaked teaser audio - it uses mostly the same assets as the original creator
would have had to use to create the teaser audio - it is NOT the original - but I think it comes close.
Was supposed to be originally an analysis of the battlefield leaked trailer audio and pointing out the audio sources
(and trying to determine if it is legitimate or not) - but I ended up recreating the trailer sounds instead
and adding Bryan Cranston's amazing reading of Ozymandias just because I can.
I have to say, if it is fake, it is incredibly well done - lots of attention to detail which I could not recreate perfectly -
there are gasps of air on every beat, atmospheric screaming, good timing, general proficiency in sound balance and transitioning.
Great sound mixing and mastering, also great atmosphere with various battlefield noises - which I try to imitate as best I can.
My opinion is that it is a WIP of an actual teaser.
Some sounds seem to be directly from the game itself (perhaps enhanced in post processing, or are just stock audio)
which are primarily the ending noises which seem to be metal deforming (Space Launch Structure breaking?).
Unsourced Audio (Not featured in this recreation):
The dialogue also includes a "Retreat!" call which I could not source online at 35s in the original leak audio - which is not in this recreation.
Faint yelling 1s (Ingame audio asset or generic sound)
Breathing/breaths (probably an ingame audio asset, or generic breathing sound)
19,22,25,28s
Inaudible battle dialogue 30s-37s
"FIRE!" Call at 48s (Sounded like something out of a war film or maybe transformers to me, but I couldn't find it)
48-51s Shouting, battlefield screams, ends with 'GO!".
1:15 Scream overlapping with "Launch" (Ingame Audio Asset or generic sound)
Sourced Audio (Featured in recreation)
The audio sources are as follows:
BGM: youtube.com/watch?v=qGChJXejJtA
Heavily Edited and recut and sound levelled - Which I don't do as well in this recreation.
Beginning mechanical noises @ 1-5s:
youtube.com/watch?v=NmEgfUXiF84 (Transformers Dark of the Moon)
1:00-1:08, Decepticon noise effect mixed with some generic bass noises.
Thunk Sound @46-48s:
youtube.com/watch?v=9OTkhsJUK0U (Battlefield V Official Launch Trailer)
20-22s, Artillery Shell firing, transitioning into tank falling from bridge.
"PULL/FALL/HOLD BACK" @53s:
youtube.com/watch?v=aOYWbxrlGko
36s Soldier yells for people to take cover due to friendly fire from aircraft
"RUN!" @1:08:
youtube.com/watch?v=NmEgfUXiF84 (Transformers Dark of the Moon) 1:23, Man yells run
"3, 2, 1, Liftoff" @1:10-1:16
youtube.com/watch?v=8V9TCD0TTtk (Apollo 11 Launch countdown) @28-35s, parts are cut out.
