I think the "new" map Railway to Golmud would play better or be more fun in Battlefield 4 but that mainly comes down to game mechanics, balance, etc. and not map design. Having so many vehicles in Battlefield 6 tends to force players to play the Engineer class, especially with stationary TOW missiles that are only a deterrent to armor or tanks. Speaking of, it seems like the TOW missile stations on this version of Golmud aren't balanced or placed on the map in a balanced way. There tended to be an equivalent TOW missile station for each one on the map so both teams had one. Also I'm not really a fan of the train functioning differently because it seems more like a ticket manipulation mechanic instead of what it was in BF4. The map does feel small though because of tac sprint and ziplines. I'm guessing the ziplines were added because the current generations wouldn't be able to figure out transport vehicles or handle sprinting to another objective that was more than ten seconds away. The map is much prettier though than the BF4 version and I like it actually having color instead of the yellow filter. Oh and a lot of the changes or additions to the map seem like they were focusing on Breakthrough and not Conquest or other game modes.
