Most of the basic infos are on the video but this is where I put the most detailed ones.
For those who don't know about my serie "Feel The Gun", it's a serie where you look the gameplay of a gun while listening to the music I provided, mostly revealing references from other games while keeping the same feeling than the gun's look and behavior. If you want to mute the sound, such as if you don't like the music or would like to experience another music by your own, go ahead! The purpose is to get a good idea of the gun at it's best.
The U-100 MK5 has an excellent recoil. What I recommend is an Ergo Grip because of the huge moving penality it has. Well... Maybe it had a huge ass penality when I first tested it before the 50 patches. Keep this in mind when doing your build with the MK5 because you can put any barrel on it and it should be good.
You could go Heavy Barrel and use the gun in full auto most of the time, this should increase the accuracy without having that huge penality over recoil.
Going with the Muzzle Brake or Compensator should turn your U-100 into a sniper where you strickly burst fire but with the amazing recoil it should be possible to put a 4x scope and aim down people without a problem, but if you do this, it might be good to consider something else than the ergo grip such as the bipod or litteraly go sniper with an angled grip but you're going to have a lot of trouble in close combats. Sticking with the ergo and mix it with a laser sight while having a muzzle brake and a good scope could be a miracle formula.
You can also put the default barrel or the flash suppressor, no-one's holding you. You should be able to use the gun in most situations and both fire in burst and full auto. Going with my style and put a suppressor will help you kill ennemies without getting detected. With a 590 rounds per minute, it is a good idea, especially when the U-100 already has excellent stats.

There isn't big difference with the sights so don't be affraid to try anything there.
For the accessories, you could match the laser sight with the ergo grip but be aware: The U-100 doesn't have a descent hipe fire such as the LSAT or the QBB-95-1. So let's say you got your chance to put anything here.
The music, Overdrive of Aaron Musslewhite, came when I was watching some entertaining videos, mostly while eating. It came from the show "Minecraft Newbies: Nether Part 2" of Kuledud3. Once I've heard the music, I actually found it good! I usually don't like dubstep but this isn't that bad it's actually pretty harmonic. I decided to download the music and tryed it with the Assault Class in Battlefield 3 (Refering to the AN-94 and the AK-74M). But since I didn't had the AN-94 in the fourth and that most of the other rifles had rock, the assault class theme changed and I was left with this dubstep music unused. Some of my LMGs had dubstep or heavy techno so it simply matched the weapon class.
If you're interested in seeing another gun, feel free to post it in the comments. I'll provide the attachements and the gameplay so you get an idea of it.
For those interested to know it, I'm also planning to do class gameplays and even more. Here they are:

-370 kills done for the montage, but only used the first two third in the montage;
-K/D Ratio calculated with the number of kills and deaths during the montage (370K, 248D);
