Edit: I doubt much of this is valuable anymore, the game continues to be mangled with each update and the mouse input is still not functioning correctly. I have mostly given up and moved on from this game and suggest you do the same.

Sorry the video is a bit quick and dirty I just wanted to get it out there, but we just confirmed this mouse input fix live with 600 viewers to test and everyone is now getting a consistent 360 distance with their sensitivity. To clarify I believe the only bugged area may be ADS and it is looking like one or all of “Aiming Left/Right Acceleration, Vertical Aim Ratio, and Vertical Zoom Ratio” settings under On Foot in Controller were the problem now that people have reported back.

I've seen a lot of comments mentioning how I say to turn off USA and it is on in my settings. Forgot to loop back around and mention to re-enable it after changing the in-game settings. My bad on that one, sorry this was just thrown together quickly live. I'm assuming that it probably doesn't make a difference whether you do this or not, but it was suggested by my chat which got me digging and changing those vertical stick ratios/aim assist settings that are more likely to be the culprit here. Regardless, following this order of operations has fixed the input for myself along with hundreds of others testing with actual measurements and the Kovaaks 360 program that was unable to perform a single consistent spin in ADS before this. Thanks!

UPDATE: As of 11/29/21 the input is noticeably worse even with these changes. I'm not sure if it was a recent update or what but I am in the same boat as you if you're input feels terrible still. We REALLY need a fix from DICE ASAP at this point. This isn't a small bug, it is gamebreaking.

The in-game sliders are also inaccurate so change the respective settings in the PROFSAVE_profile files located at C:\Users\"USER"\Documents\Battlefield 2042\settings to be sure everything is good to go.
