Hello everyone! It's LOrbSheddy again, back with another remix! This time, it's a remix of the theme that play when battling Cynthia in Pokémon Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, Black, White, Black 2, and White 2! (that's a lot of games XD)
Cynthia has always been one of my favourite Pokémon characters, mainly due to the mystery surrounding her, and the fact that she was the first female champion, and by far the strongest. Now, the idea of female champions has sort of run dry, with every gen since 4th introducing one (Diantha was a disappointment). Cynthia's character throughout the 4th generation games was a great development, seeing as how not a lot of characters had much of a story. If only we knew more about her past...
I went with a jazzy swing feel with this remix, if you couldn't tell. This was done mainly to contrast with the feel of the original, as most other remixes have already captured that. I changed the melodies quite a bit and they're barely recognisable, but they're there nonetheless. Two references in the solo near the end, can you guess what they are?
