There’s been a change of plans! The Battle for Nothing most of you know and love is indeed not the first within the series. Before it all began, 8 years ago today, a struggling Jade got the idea to round up his neighbors and have them participate in a Reality Show for the ultimate prize of nothing. The First Season of Battle for Nothing, titled “Back to Basics”, will premiere on May 1st.
While the initial plan was to release the third season, Battle for More Nothing, a heavy dose of demotivation has prompted me to revisit the unreleased season. Despite it taking place 8 years ago, the story and animation are being produced now. Meaning as an upside, the style will be updated and the movements more bouncy. But the downside, there are no pre-made episodes that I could release actively. With the updated animation style, these episodes will take longer to produce, however, will result in a more active and engaging season than both the second and potential third BFN Seasons.
