The Story behind Battle for Brooklyn. Lore / Story

At the White House, D.C Division agents would receive a distress call from Agent Melanie Hoskins, who asked for help in Brooklyn.

Traveling via helicopter, Hoskins informs the agents that Doctor Kandel is in trouble and needs recovering.
Fighting through sewers and streets, they would eventually track Kandel down to the One Police Plaza.

Agents push through the heavy cleaner presence on site, but they had to be quick, as Kandel’s security detail had already been killed.

With the Cleaners dealt with, they were extracted and brought back to the Bridge Settlement.

Apart from the recent attack on the Meret Estate on Long Island, the Cleaners have never ventured into Brooklyn… what are they looking for?
And where are they getting this new purple flame?
