A pretty fun and easy level to be honest. During the beginning, spam meatshields (3 works fine, but only if they are high leveled), macho legs cats, and solar cat ONLY if you need to during the beginning. Spam slowly during the beginning to save up money. Use coppermine instead of holy valk due to her longer range and freeze time. Stack castaway, akira, and coppermine to perma-freeze raging bahamut. Spawn solar cats in moderation as they die quickly, use them when you need to, or if you have a lot of money. Try to stack cyberpunk in order to hit enemies behind bahamut.
